Windows 10 wont install

Just build my friend a new computer and went to install windows but wont load past a windows loading screen and would keep going back to motherboard BIOS screen. All hardware is getting register on the MB BIOS. Don't know what to do mite be the MB. Help pls?

try a bare minimum install, only have 1 ram stick, no gpu (if motherboard has integrated) and only the drive you want to install in PC (apart from USB obviously). Only the necessary things

what are specs of PC?
