Windows 10 wont lauch ANYTHING

Hello! Last night, my computer suddenly could not open any program. The start menu would not work, apps like discord and steam would not run, and I could not open the settings menu. I am running windows 10, and hours before this happened I was using it just fine. Please help!

Have you restarted your PC? What does the sfc /scannow return? Did you do a virus check with at least two different AV apps? What was the result?

Ok, I went to do a scannow in the admin console but when I try to launch the admin console the desktop just dims. It wont launch

I ran sfc /scannow through powershell, it came up with nothing
