Hello everyone. I have a question, i have just downloaded to windows 10 and my pc wont start anymore. I cant really explain in words what happened so ill do it in video.
And everytime i get the error after launching it does it in a loop

My pc specs
Intel i7 2600
8 gigs of ram
1tb hard drive
Amd radeon hd 6950
Well i had windows 7 64 bit before all this happened (legal activated version)
While windows 10 was installing i wasnt by my pc which may have been the problem but how do i fix this?
