I've had Windows 10 pc for about 3 months now, and that whole time I've been using a display resolution 1920x1080. Yesterday my screen resolution was changed to 1600x1200 and my pc wont let me switch it back, I shut off my PC and turned it back on and my resolution was changed back, how ever when I started my PC today it was back to 1600x1200 and no matter what I do it wont change it back, when I got to the control panel to change my resolution I wont go any higher than 1600x1200. I know my monitor can display 1920x1080p 60Hz becuase up to a couple hours ago it was doing just that. Does anyone know what to do.

Are you using a nvidia, amd or intel graphics adapter? Right click on the desktop and either open nvidia control panel, intel graphics control panel, or amd catalyst control center and try setting it from there.
