Windows 10 won't logon. Reboots at login every time.

My Windows 10 machine won't log on and constantly resets, after resetting my network settings and rebooting. It will boot up fine and get to the login screen. I type in my password and push enter, and the password just gets highlighted and nothing else happens. If I try to shift+Power button on login screen it sends me to the "Other" User login. I have tried to login on that with the same results.

After 15-20 seconds my computer will reboot itself and the loop cycles.

I put in my Windows 10 install media disk, and first repair boot. Repair fails, tells me to reboot and go to advanced settings. Went to command line and ran chkdsk c: /r /x and sfc /scannow with reboot. Chkdsk comes back with no errors. Scan now finishes successfully. I tried to use system restore to restore to a earlier version, and it fails.

I also tried to enter safe mode through various ways unsuccessfully. I tried the command bcdedit /set {default} safeboot minimal, and got an error saying it cannot.

Oh I also tried turning my Network Card off, and turning PXE boot options off. No luck.

What can I try next? I need answers quick because I am in online school and every day without my computer means doing schoolwork on a tablet which is less than optimal.

is there anything on C drive you want to rescue? try making this on another PC: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

have you tried running a reset? Its in the troubleshoot menu of windows repair, it might work and is slightly less painful than a full install. Can choose to keep files/settings or wipe it all. Files in this case are library folders, so documents, music, pictures, videos. Settings include logins and might just reproduce thsi problem.
either choice, win 10 will restart and reinstall win 10.

Sometimes resets won't work either, in which case fresh install is only real choice
boot from installer

follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished

On the screen where you choose where to install win 10, if it gives you an error about GPT drives, delete all the partitions on the hdd and press next. If it still gives error, cancel out of the installer and restart PC and start installer again, it will accept next on that screen this time (some PC just need a restart here)
