After installing Windows 10 on my PC, Windows 10 doesn't recognize my RTX 2070, Windows 7 did. When I reboot to Win7 everything is still supported and I get full HD out of my Monitor even though it is plugged into my GPU.
After installing Windows 10, my GPU is not even recognized in devices and my monitor will display up to 1080p from the onboard Intell card on my MOBO even though it is not plugged into the MOBO card, but into the GPU graphics card.

In short Win7 everything up to date and 100+ frame rates in games on my UHD Acer KG1 monitor.
After Win10 upgrade, GPU card not even acknowledged, wont accept drivers, and my Acer monitor limited to 1080P from onboard graphics card.

All I had to do was wait about 4 days for Windows 10 to finish loading all its updates! Today it finaly recognized by new GPU.
The stinker is I had to force Windows 10 to update and repeatedly ask to update drivers! You think it would download everything as I had a high speed connection and lots of time.
But days later it now SEES my 2070 card!

I replied from an older account than this problem posting so just to say Windows 10 finally updated enough after at least 3 days of updates to recognize my Video card, problem solved.
