The Windows OS is not transferable from machine to machine. When the OS laods it's looking for drivers for the hardware on the new machine that it can't find and it has drivers for hardware it can't find. Not to mention all the Windows licensing issues.

Use the BIOS to boot from the Desktop drive not the SSD that you just installed.

Don't boot from the ssd drive. use it as a data drive to copied

Were you booting the machine or starting the game and logging into your game account ? If the latter, your game files typically wind up in the game folder, your user data winds up on your C:\ Partition, usually in the User Directory. This all gets set up when you run the install procedure.

The usual way peeps copy games from machine to machine (non-steam) is:

a) Install the game

b) Set up the user account

c) Copy the user files from machine to machine with USB stick or DVD

No worry on games or steam or anything like steam. that thing on the screen is my windows 10 account, what the os did is they prompt me a temporary account and let me sign out and sign in again my account (but it wont sign me in) so this keeps going and going (loop)
