Windows 10 won't update error

Hi everyone, I have a Asus GL502VS model laptop. My windows version is 1607, and build is 14393.2035. I have a problem updating this to the creator's version. Windows automatically downloads the update and to install it my laptop will restarts. After that it will update maybe for 20-25% and will restart again and then hangs at when the ROG logo appears. I have to manually restart it, then windows automatically will restore to the previous version. My laptop does this always I keep it on. sometimes it will go to the advanced startup option. I tried to do all the troubleshooting none of them worked. And finally I clean installed the windows and without installing any applications I first updated the windows and tried again. But still the same problem is there. I have no idea what to do, is it my laptop or the windows. Please help guys.
