Question Windows 10 wont update

Hello guys, i got problem with Windows updates, i just wont update. Everytime i tried install the updates the pc RESTART and start updating, then it crash in about 16% in. then the pc revert back to old version. I tryed using CMD comands to check disk with no problems found.
Windows crash code: WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR
Windows crash code: PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA

Current version of Windows is 1809

I would suggest to download the New Media Creation Tool (1909)and try to upgrade your computer from there....You can ether Reinstall an New Windows with the newest updates using an Bootable USB Drive Or using the Media creation tool 1909.

Hi thanks for your advice. I tried using the Media Creation tool with no success. I also cant reinstal windows for all my data like photos and videos would be lost.
