Windows 10 working like a sh*t

Hi people, I need help

I did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro, worked fine the firts days but after an update it started to work bad

I don't know how to explain this, it opens the start menu and explorers fast, but, is like it's working at 20 fps or lower, doesn't work fluid at all.

This happens even in games, I can have 80 fps but the game seems like 30-40fps
I don't know what to do

My old cpu (FX 6300) worked better with windows 7, much more fluid

Ops, problem seems to be solved

I was using a Home Theater connected via hdmi

In screen configuration I had "Extended screens", so I changed it to see only my monitor and the SO turned fluid again
