Hello. Please can anyone help me out i want to confirm i wont loose my files because my laptop is having a blue screen and on it is IT LOOKS LIKE WINDOWS DIDNT LOAD CORRECTLY, options are SEE ADVANCED OPTIONS/ RESTART MY PC. How can i fix this without formating or loosing my files . I will appreciate your help please

Take the drive out, connect it to another pc and copy all your files. That is your best chance of getting your files back. You should be keeping a backup of your important files.
