Windows 10S not allowing me to download apps

So I have unactivated Windows 10S, and every time I try to download things on the internet like steam or discord, it won’t let me, saying that I can only download things from the Windows Store or upgrade to Pro

yes, that is what the S version is. it restricts you to only apps from the Microsoft store

No. That is the entire reason for the "S" version of Windows 10. You can ONLY download from the Windows App store.

Windows 10 S is a cripple-ware version of Windows 10. You probably want Pro instead.
