Question Windows 11 background black screen just started happing

I just built my pc been running fine for like 4 months now this just started happening, my mouse also randomly discconcects and reconnects randomly sometimes. Dont know if that has anything to do with it

it fixes itself when I restarter windwos explorer then just does it again, wouldnt this be a graphics issue?

Seriously though, it could be you need to update GPU drivers.

How old is mouse? Does it have its own hardware?
