So before when i had haylou t15 tws, everything was perfect, after i bought new haylou w1, windows just couldn't connect to them. Firstly it just refused, then started requesting password in order to connect. I searched on google and tried suggested pins "0000", "1234", "1111" etc and no luck. What do i do?

Agreed, this should just be a pair code that Bluetooth uses as security against unauthorized devices connecting.

See if there is tech support for the device you purchased and call or email them. Alternately, return the product and choose something else with clearer instructions.
