My Windows 11 is booting fine but the Windows 11 logo doesn't appear while that white circle going around shows up. I tried the registry editor setting the BootControl and following what this video says

It still doesn't appear. I think my Motherboard is in UEFI. Is there a solution to this?

Specs:
Intel i5 13600k
Ram : 64 GB Ripjaws V
GPU : MSI GeForce RTX 2060 VENTUS GP OC 6GB
Motherboard : MSI MAG B660 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR4 (MS- 7D41)
OS : Windows 11 Pro
Drives: Samsung 980 Pro 1TB
Crucial MX500 2TB
Crucial MX500 4TB
Samsung 870 Evo 2TB

I never see the blue thing, I get the name of my motherboard maker at top and the spinning circle at the bottom.

Its always been that way, pretty sure its normal. I think its related to UEFI boot.
As @Palcouk said, it's totally normal. The reason is simple- you are using UEFI boot method which reduces boot time and gives quick boot times, so instead of separating the Windows animation and the OEM logo, UEFI mixes those to get the spinning dots animation with the OEM logo. You see those separated in the old boot method, BIOS.
