Hello, I have a new pc that has been having problems for some time now that I haven't been able to fix.

Past problems:
-Constant crash / restarts without any BSOD with the pc first slowing down / stuttering and eventually restarting on its own, all crashes seemingly related kernel (i don't have crash logs to show right now).
To try and fix this I've tried a good amount of things:

-Memory diagnostic tool (no errors detected)
-Reinstalling/updating drivers
-Full windows reinstall

but nothing seemed to help so I figured it was a hardware problem, I've now been replacing each part one by one to find out what was giving issues and after some trial and error changing CPU seemed to help, the pc doesn't slow down or restarts on its own anymore so that is an improvement but it didnt fix everything.

Present problems:-Games crashing a few minutes after booting them, and after a handful of tries the pc crashing with (as mentioned in the title) BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT caused by ntoskrnl.exe, this happen with more cpu / memory intensive games apparently as I've been able to play Hearthstone with not issues.
Again, to try and fix this I've tried:
-Memory diagnostic tool (no errors detected)
-Reinstalling/updating drivers
-Full windows reinstall
-Switched my RAMs (2 16gb sticks) with 2 different 8gb sticks making sure they were seated properly

but again nothing helped, this problem persists and I'm running out of options with my (limited) knowledge.
All crashes past and present seem tied to the kernel process, which from my understanding could mean lots of things from hardware faults (which I think I can rule out since I've switched every single piece except GPU) to drivers and corrupted files, if anyone has any idea on what more I could do I'd be thankful for the help.

Specs:
OS: Windows 11
Motherboard: MSI mag b650 tomahawk wifi
CPU: Amd Ryzen 5 7600x
GPU: AsRock RX 7900GRE Steel Legend 16GO DDR6
RAM: Kingstone FURY Beast 2x16gb DDR5
PSU: Corsair RM850x
SSD: Kingston KC3000 SSD (1x 500gb) (1x 2tb) (I've already tried switching them but I'm currently using only the 500gb one)

Got a link to the ram kit you're working with?

Did you make sure you enabled AMD'S E.X.P.O/X.M.P in BIOS?

Motherboard: MSI mag b650 tomahawk wifi
BIOS version for your motherboard?

Reinstalling/updating drivers
Can you walk us through this? Did you use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode, manually reinstalling the latest AMD driver in an elevate command?

Full windows reinstall

OS: Windows 11
Where did you source the installer for your OS? Did you install the OS in offline mode?

SSD: Kingston KC3000 SSD (1x 500gb) (1x 2tb) (I've already tried switching them but I'm currently using only the 500gb one)
When you've reinstalled the OS, did you have both drives hooked up? You're advised to have the drive you wish to install the OS on while all other drives are disconnected.

this happen with more cpu / memory intensive games
How are you cooling the processor? What sort of temps do you see when the BSoD is triggered? Is the issue rec

RAM: https://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KF560C30BB-16.pdf (if that's what you were asking)
They had no profile and were going at 4800hz by default actually I just checked now and enabled the first X.M.P profile in BIOS putting them at 6000hz and tried to play a game again but the game crashed as usual after a couple minutes so nothing changed

Motherboard: BIOS ver -E7D75AMS.1D0 (apparently an outdated one it seems looking around, I might have to download and updated to a newer version as soon as I figure out how)

Drivers: I did a clean Windows reinstall and then updated drivers from the AMD app, but now that you mentioned DDU, I installed it, did a full removal in safe mode and manually reinstalled the AMD drivers and while I'm not sure if it's related, now games barely have the time to start up before crashing (used to be atleast a few minutes before)

OS: I reinstalled Windows 11 from the system settings (online) resetting my PC.
I have tried an offline reinstall from USB before when trying to fix the past problems I mention in the post but it did nothing to help

SSD: I did only have the 500gb SSD connected to my PC when I reinstalled Windows 11 from the system settings, can't recall if I had both connected on the previous occasion

CPU: I have a Noctua NH-D15S CPU cooler and about 6 other fans in the case, the temperature seems stable and I don't get any unusual spike

While booting games to check progress / temps I had another BSOD:

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED ntoskrnl.exe

Thank you in advance for the help

Edit
PC restarted itself without any BSOD like it used to before the CPU / RAMs change, didn't generate any dump file I could show so I'm sending a log of the events (happened at 15:26:03), it mentions kernel-power as the culprint once again but that's as much as I can tell from these logs
