Question Windows 11 installation media - "pc can't run windows 11" - TPM and secure boot enabled

Hi everyone, I recently replaced my x370 asus motherboard with a b550 asrock and while trying to install a fresh copy of windows 11, the setup page says 'this pc can't run windows 11' I made sure that TPM and secure boot were enabled in the bios and no luck in getting it to work. specs are as follows:
ryzen 7 5800x
rtx 3070
b550 asrock pg velocita
32gb t-force 3000mhz ddr4 ram

I would appreciate if anyone has had a similar issue or knows of any answers

I made sure that TPM and secure boot were enabled in the bios

Can you provide screenshots from bios showing this?
