Question Windows 11 not detecting/performing updates

Hi,

I am running Win11 on a perfectly stable PC (Asus Prime TRX40-Pro S, Ryzen Threadripper 3960X, 32GB memory).

WinVer returns as version “21H2 (OS Build 22000.2538)”. Meanwhile, 23H2 is around. However, “Windows Update” in the settings keeps on telling me “You’re up to date”.

Any ideas what could cause that?
