Question Windows 11 powershell prompt error only while charging C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.EXE

Every time I charge my laptop I get this powershell prompt:

Exception calling "Load" with "1" argument(s): "Could not load file or assembly '2558120 bytes loaded from Anonymously

It still charges but continues to re-prompt every 15 mins. Can anyone help my with this?
