[SOLVED] Windows 11 problems

Hi so I recently just upgraded from windows 10 to 11. Straight away I have this constant blue loading circle next to my cursor but instead of it going around it just kind of keeps resetting itself to the start I’ve tried restarting and everything it has been there for about 3 hours I also and now getting like 15 percent cpu on idle which wasn’t the case on windows 10 pls can anyone help thanks

the MS one or some 3rd party? might need to get one that support win11
