Hi there I was hoping someone would at least have the same issue as me here. As you can see by the title I am having some issues... I have had this computer for a while now about a year Specs are- Intel i5 10400 , 16gb ram , Gtx 1660 super , 500 gb ssd/ 2 1tb hard drives and Windows 11 home. I don't use this computer super often although I always keep it updated. It one day randomly started bluescreening on me so I checked out the windows event viewer and looked at the errors through WinDbg and found a Nvidia Driver error and a Dolby Dax API error. I have tried updating and rolling back my video drivers although nothing seems to help. Also with these errors I have found that my audio is no longer working at all through my 3.5mm headphone jacks. I have tried fixing them by reinstalling my Realtek audio drivers and making sure my sound card is enabled in BIOS settings.(Speakers and headphones tested on other devices and are working) Also, no output devices will even show up in device manager the only thing I managed to get working was my monitor audio which is strange because my monitor doesn't have any speakers. I managed to get that working by rolling back my Nvidia high def audio driver. I have had my audio play one time randomly, but it was only for a couple minutes before I got the blue screen and restarted to find that it was no longer recognized again.(Bluetooth does still work)I also installed the windows 11 iso file to try and repair but had no luck. If anyone has had this same issue I would greatly appreciate some feedback this is just my last cry for help before I re-image the computer. Thank you!

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/jxu8617h/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. It is safe to "run the fiddle" as the page asks.

File information:013122-9984-01.dmp (Jan 31 2022 - 23:15:09)
Bugcheck:DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (133)
Probably caused by:ACPI.sys (Process running at time of crash: System)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 1 Hour(s), 45 Min(s), and 33 Sec(s)

System: Legion T5-28IMB05
Possible support page: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/desktops-and-all-in-ones/legion-series/legion-t5-28imb05
There is a BIOS update available for your system. You are using version 17A (O4NKT17A) and the latest is version 19A (O4NKT19A). Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

So I went to the website you linked there and it said that everything is up to date and I do not need to install anything. As far as the bios update I will have to try that in a couple days I am in the midst of a snow storm . Thank you guys for your responses I appreciate it!
