Question Windows 11 restarts when I'm away from my computer ?

I'll be doing some work and maybe have browser open , email, etc. Then I leave my computer on for a few hours. I don't lock it or put it to sleep. And no apps are running. Only the screen is set to shut off after 5 minutes.

Upon my return, the computer is at the login screen as if I rebooted.

I can't for the life of me figure out why this happens. My computer doesn't freeze or reboot when I'm actively using it.

Can it be my memory OC or AMD Precision Boost causing this? I wouldn't expect since gaming, video editing, browsing, doesn't cause any freezes.
