Question Windows 11 secure boot wont start

I just installed windows 11 and I have exactly the same issue on b460m ds3h, I've turned on Secure Boot and now the PC boots but no image or I cant even enter in BIOS again. I've tried removing the CMOS, waited 5-10 min and put it back, tried removing / replacing RAM, tried clr_cmos jumper and none of this worked. Now i don't know what to do more. Any help please ?

B460M DS3H
2X 8gb RAM Kingston 2666mHz
1050ti oc 4gb
psu aqirys pulsar 550W

I don't have an answer for you but it seems all these bricking of motherboards seem to be mostly Gigabytes when setting up for Win11. I have heard of people using a different gpu to try and get back to bios. But I can't confirm if that works or not.
