Question Windows 11 setup

Hey Everyone!
So how the heck are you suppose to setup Windows 11 on a new build if you're doing it to sell to someone else? When I get to the ""how would you like to set up this device screen" I do "personal" and then you have to either put in your Microsoft account info or create a new one? There's no skip option. What do I do? I used to be able to just skip all that in the previous Windows Versions. There has to be a way to do this.
