Question Windows 11 - Sharing a folder in My Documents" to only 1 other computer on network

We have a network of 7 computers and we now have 2 people that do bookwork and we want to share a folder from PC 1 to only PC2 with full read/write capabilities. (it in PC1's My Documents folder) Right now PC1 and PC2 are able to see each other on the network but when we go to give PC2 access it says it can't find it. I'm not sure we are entering the name of the computer correctly in the box that says Enter the object names to select. We can easily give access to everyone, but we only want PC2 to have access. Thanks in advance.

Do you have a windows domain or are all the PCs setup standalone ?

Have you verified that the network type is set to private on all the PCs?
Have you tried accessing via IP address (you do have the "server" on a fixed IP don't you? )
Some things are more difficult when you don't have domain.
