I just built a new system with a Ryzen 7800X3D & 9070 XT GPU.
I installed Windows 11 and everything is working well, but I noticed the BIOS is set to "Other OS" instead of UEFI. I thought you couldn't install Window 11 unless UEFI was on...
Can I just enable it, or would it be best to enable it and then reinstall Windows 11?
The only thing that is a bit off is the boot time. I enabled "memory context restore" and that helped a lot, but it still takes about 15+ seconds just to POST, ~30 seconds to the Windows login screen. Most others are saying their AM5 system fully boots in 10-15 seconds.
Build Specs
Motherboard: Asus B650E Max Gaming WiFi White
CPU: Ryzen 7800X3D
GPU: Asus Prime RX 9070 XT OC
RAM: Crucial Pro Overclocking 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5 6400 (PC5 51200)
