hi i need help to enable secure boot without formating window or getting black screen
my system info BIOS : LEGACY

You need to convert MBR to GPT before doing anything in BIOS regarding secure boot - https://it-infrastructure.solutions/how-to-switch-from-legacy-to-uefi-boot-mode-mbr2gpt-convertion/

then follow these steps:

Also if you are just doing this to install windows 11 you can install it under legacy mode if you use rufus to create the usb media.

hi i have convert mbr to gbt via cmd while i am on window but without shift restart and cmd. can this affect future issues?

so you just ran the commands in windows? it should be the same provided you shut pc down and changed bios before going on.
