Without knowing, my computer has updated Windows 11 with the updates show here: https://ibb.co/2ghPw6V

This seems to have broken my bluetooth adapter and gave me huge problems since I couldn't even get into my computer because my mouse and keyboard are bluetooth only (MX Keys). I had to buy a new set just to be able to login!

I have an Alienware Aurora R7 desktop and device manager is now showing the bluetooth devices as shownhere: https://ibb.co/8mX08GZ

I have tried installing the relevant drivers from here: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-uk/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=ccxt7 but with no success. If I use the windows Bluetooth troubleshooter it is telling me that the PC has no Bluetooth adapter.

I can't figure out a way to rollback the updates that were installed by Windows either.

Help much appreciated, thanks.

Windows 10 did it in the past, whereby every update that came on a Tuesday was a load of headaches for a lot of people until the next update/patch came along. Latest BIOS version for your Alienware? Use your Service Tag on your Alienware in Dell's support portal to bring up a bespoke page for your platform. Using that, if you don't have any BIOS updates pending, manually source the BT adapter's drivers and then manually reinstall the driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
