When I upgrade to win 11 from 10, will it keep both 10 and 11? Or delete Windows 10 and keep only Win 11 on my pc?

Only one.
The "upgrade" does exactly that....upgrades your WIn 10 to Win 11.

Is your hardware fully Win 11 compatible?

It will upgrade TO Windows 11, and all your settings and programs will remain the same. There will be some changes to Windows Apps, but if you don't like them, there are plenty of safe third party apps online, or help pages, to return individual items back to the Windows 10 look (eg. Notepad, Start Menu).
