Windows security is saying actions should be taken - when I look, it says I should turn on core isolation and memory integrity. I recall many people experiencing performance degradation from enabling VBS last year, but those were mostly AMD CPU's.

What is the performance hit that I should expect on my intel system if I enable VBS and HVCI? I have already browsed this TomsHardware article but it references 11th gen Intel and Ryzen 5000 series - not sure if subsequent gens of Intel have improved this at all.
