Hey,
I need that setting turned on since I'm dual booting Mac OS with OpenCore and it's required for it. For some reason, though, Windows just hangs on the spinning dots forever. Doesn't even freeze or show an error. I don't know how to turn on verbose boot for that, as the registry tweak hardly does anything, and I can't figure out how to get logs from it. Help pls 🥺

Full specs, if they matter:
Mobo: Asrock AB350M-HDV R4.0
CPU: Ryzen 1700
Ram: 8gb DDR4 Crucial
PSU: FSP Hyper HP500S
Gpu: Gigabyte RX 480 8gb

Edit: I managed to get a log from the Startup repair tool, I'll attach it in case it's worth anything

Well, I guess I "solved" this issue by adding the npci=0x2000 boot argument to my OpenCore config, which allows me to use it without having the 4G+ decoding on. More of a workaround than a solution, but still posting it in the rare case someone might have the same issue.
