Why my windows 11 is working less smoother?

I mean, I use a computer normally and suddenly the system works for a while like on 60 hz monitor I mean it
loses a lot of fluidity.( I have got 144hz monitor)and then returns to normal or sometimes different applications just lag?

Could try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

it doesn't delete anything, just stops them running at startup. If anything needs them to run, it can start them up.

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
