Another failed 1151 Windows 10 update, this time with an unusually honest answer from a Microsoft answer tech.
After a long time downloading a ISO only to learn it was the wrong one and submitting to a remote control session, I was told that no one knows a reason for the update failures, the only way to get the update is through Windows Update, and I'll need to wait for it to be offered again in the future, but no one knows when that will happen.
I'd always suspected Windows technical problems could not be solved. Now, it's been confirmed.
