Question Windows 1809 Freeze/Lockup

Has anyone seen more info out there about Windows 1809 freezing up and becoming unusable?

I've personally reinstalled Windows 10 with version 1809 on 5 systems and while under my car for about 5 days, I've never seen any issues. Mind sharing the specs to your system? List them like so:

I clean installed after 1809 started running really odd.I ran a chkdsk /f on the clean install and it cured the hanging.
