windows 2000 reboot looping

I try to update the windows2000 Japanese version service
pack 4, but it automatically restart the pc. After that, I
can not logon to the window even i use the safe mode.

is there anyone know the solution?

try to remotely connect the event viwer from another PC and look what is
happening
(if you are able to boot into safe mode with network without auto restert)
