If the ServicePackSourcePath value in the following registry key is missing
or incorrect it can cause this problem:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup
Also, if the service pack files are missing from the
%Systemroot%\ServicePackFiles folder it can cause this problem. Please

If your operating system was deployed by using sysprep, you could be running
into the following problem:
243072 SourcePath Value Set Back to the First CD-ROM Drive Letter with

As Oli said, you may need to extract the SP4 files. If you do this, you
would need to click on "SP4 Network Installation" and save the W2ksp4.exe
file locally. You would then need to run the following command to extract
the SP4 files:
<path>\W2ksp4.exe -x
where <path> is the path to the file.
You would then need to specify a folder where the extracted files will be
located.
