it's a legal copy i just haven't activated it yet. it'll install and then just freeze up then a few minutes later it resumes and it seems like it takes forever to complet active directory setup but i have not yet seen a finished active directory yet im just wondering if i did something wrong.

Well, it may take very long, because there is a lot to install. As long as you see disk activity, it's installing.

Well, the install may only use one core and the 250GB disk may be slow. Again: do you see disk activities?
