Question Windows 64 bit problem with a socket 775

Hi. This is my first post. I have some old computers, and i want try a mod Intel xeon with a nvidia gtx 750 ti. My motherboard is the ecs p43t-a2 http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Pr...T-A2 -LL-V1-DO-0-RR-/Socket 775 -LL-Intel-RR-
The bios read the Intel xeon, and now i am using Ubuntu. My problem is with the instalación of one Windows OS with 64 bits. I try install the os using usb and DVD, but the instalation crash in the Windows logo, The computers stop the reading of the usb and DVD 2 minuts and only show me the Windows logo.

Just posting motherboard model is not enough --- full system specs please.
