Windows 7 32Bit to Windows 8.1 64Bit

Can i upgrade from windows 7 32bit to windows 8 64bit and and if so where would be the best place to download it?

My specs are Amd Fx 8320
Amd r9 280x
8gb of kingston 13333 Ram
1 Tb of storage
750W Psu

Any time you switch from 32 to 64-bit Windows, you will need to do a clean reinstall.

As said, you need to do a clean install. You would want 64bit anyways since you have 8GB of RAM so with 7 32bit about 4.5GB of that is going to waste as it cannot be used.
