I have windows 7 64bit .exe file but whenever i try to install it in windows xp 32 bit will say ( Is not a win 32 valid program)

Exactly.
You cannot run a 64bit application, your "windows 7 64bit .exe", from within a running 32bit system. Will not work.
You need to boot from a Win 7 64bit install USB or DVD.
Which you can't do from an ".exe".

So...I don't know what you have. But it will not work.

What is this windows 7 64bit .exe ?
Is that windows 7 64bit installation media? Are you trying to install windows 7 64bit on your windows xp computer?
If so, then you have to boot from windows installation media, to install windows.

If that windows 7 64bit .exe is some software installation, then you can't install it in 32bit windows.
