Windows 7 64-bit problem.

Hello. I just updated my windows 7 32-bit version to windows 7 64-bit, The problem is when i try to open a game it lags [especially MTA:SA] so i realised that i have waited for 1-3 hrs then i tried to open the game and suddenly the game is not lagging. So do i have to wait for like 3 hrs to play the game normally? I need a solution to fix this.

Did you install the game before or after you upgraded from x32? Also did you do in place upgrade or a fresh install of x64?

If it was installed prior to the upgrade and you did not install a fresh copy of Windows 10 x64. Then you are most likely using the x32 version of the game. See if they have a x64 version of the game and install that instead.

How did you upgrade? There is no upgrade from 32-bit to 64 bit. You have to completely re-install.

I installed MTA:SA after upgrading it to 64-bit but i don't know if it's 32 bit version or 64 bit version [MTA:SA Version]
