Windows 7 64bit detects 6gb ram but only 3.30 gb usable

this is the specs of the PC:
core i5-650
foxconn h55mxv
1x 2gb 1333mhz DDR3
1x 4gb 16000mhz DDR3
gtx 660 msi twin frozr iii

it's fine for me that the 4gb will run on 1333mhz and not in dual channel.
bios also detects 6144Mb of ram.

my point is windows only used 3.30 gb ram not the whole 6gb.
how to make it 6 gb usable? thanks

I know you have a dedicated graphics card, but most likely it is hardware reserved for your integrated graphics. Ensure you disable integrated graphics in BIOS and any reserved memory for it.

Other than than, it may not like the mismatched RAM or module is malfunctioning is some way? Try running memory test just to be sure as last resort if the prior tip isn't helpful.
 
Take one stick out and see what your system says after it boots; power down, swap sticks, and check again. Mixing capacities is a no-no and there's a very high possibility it may not work at all. If you want all your RAM to show and work as expected, buy a matched pair.
