Windows 7 64bit -no device driver were found

im upgrading to 64bit using CD, but when selecting where the installation, it says "a required cd-dvd drive device driver is missing". Can someone help asap. Thanks in advance

It seems you have downloaded 32bit driver version (not 64bit).

it's the 64 bit

i forgot to tell that i also tried the 32 bit version, they both have the same error
