Windows 7 64bit really slow

Hello,

I am using an Asus laptop, i5 second gen 4gb ram nvidea GT540M and Windows 7 64bit. My problem is that the laptop becomes really slow, the first startup after installing was just fine, but now it is really slow at startup and most of the times after startup.

This is really annoying, and i hope that you guys have an solution for me.

The solution is a SSD. Laptops come out with very average HDD's to keep their costs competitive. This creates a significant bottleneck that becomes noticeable very quickly.I have put SSD's in two laptops here and they fair fly now. That is a pretty powerful laptop. A HDD is a waste in that configuration.
