Windows 7 64bit : Update error (HELP ASAP!)

Hello, so jumping right into it i ham having this error on my pc where windows performs a set of 209 (10 optional aswell) updates to the system. After updates are installed during windows shutdown i then get this error when starting up the pc again. Windows goes to configure the update but then proceeds to say updates failed - reverting changes. I first left this for a little while but then shutdown my pc to try and solve the problem. Nothing found that worked so now i need help!
Please ask if any other information is needed.

ps: in order to get on my pc again i had to format and clean install my windows 7. Ive had to do this multiple times in the last few days.

it can happen may not be a big deal just recheck fopr updates and see if the failed ones come back or not needed ?

some updates require older updates to work and cant install all at the same time ?? so let it go and try back and re check

may need to do this several times over a few days to get it all in and straight [they don't come in in any correct order ] do a full shutdown and restart instead of just restart
I like to wait 24 hrs or the next day and retry

the other thing install the net framework update alone since system need to restart every time with them .
