I want to reactivate my windows 7 on my PC. I When I'm connected online, I am always asked to activate my windows 7 and when I follow the instruction I am also asked to enter product keys which I don't have. I really need help before I lose my data on my PC.

If you have a legit windows 7 machine already, the product key is on your pc, on the underside of a laptop, and on the side of a desktop usually.

Or choose phone method to activate, call the number, give the tech the numbers you see in the boxes on your screen and input the ones he gives back at the end.

If you pirated windows 7 and now want a legit key, then NO.

I get the Douche thing and have done it myself when someone is begging or is blatantly asking for something illegal, but he said, “Re-activate” Which implies that the software was once legal.

If he’s changed out the hard drive and the motherboard / CPU and he wasn’t bright or prescient enough to write down the verification code he just needs to call MS (I thin k the call center IS in India) and get them to reset the copy of windows. The activation code can be manually reset with a number from MS but only the call center tech can do it.

I had to do this once with an old copy of Visa Ultimate.

If your OS is legit but as you have said... it asks you the product key which you have lost then I could suggest to download and try SterJo Key Finder from http://www.sterjosoft.com/key-finder.html and use your retrieved product ID and Product Key to contact Microsoft if the registration process fail to reactive it .
