windows 7 adware

as the title say i have been attacked by adware every time i open my browser i get ads and more ads i tried alot os solutions adware cleaner ccleaner malwarebytes NO HOPE so i tried to do system restore but i didnt create on before so i wanted to reinstall windows 7 and start from scartch but the problem that alot of ppl sayin that i need a windows 7 dvd moreover my windows 7 came preinstalled from the factory so my question is what should i do? please help and thanks in advance

on newer pre built laptop and pc there should be a restore partion on the hard drive. going inot the bios or at boot there should be a set of keys or a funtion key to start the restore. if you wiped the drive clean then use microsoft media creation tool or microsoft iso to usb tool to make a new windows 7 bootable usb stick. windows 7 iso should be on microsoft web page. if there no restore image you cna for a small few mos time get a restoroe cd from the vendor. or the vendor tech people can email you link to download iso image to restore your pc.

Re-installation is easy tbh. Get the ISO file from MS site, and make a bootable DVD/USB from it and install it.

As for the product key, it must be printed on a sticker somewhere on your PC/laptop. If it's a PC, then the product key sticker is usually on the side of the case. On laptops, is on the bottom (or under the battery)
