Hello,i have windows 8.1 currently installed, and i have a 250 gb free hard drive, well actually 140gb free, but anyways,i am getting a windows 7 installation disk,oh wait,i already do,ok just ignore that part.So i am having trouble creating the part of the shrink partition thing,it says i only have maximum 7382mb for the partiion shrink thing,i dont understand,is there a way to fix this,i just want windows 7 and 8 on here, please.

See http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/shrink-extend-volumes-partitions-windows-7/

"This is a limitation of Windows 7. You can only extend a volume with unallocated space that is located to its right. So in my setup, I could extend C, but I cannot extend D. This is when you need to turn to third party applications. "

im sorry, lol thanks for helping, but what does unallocated space mean?Does it mean i cant have 2 operating systems?
(Update) Sorry, but couldnt i just create a partition from the windows 7 installer, and install that there?

No im sorry,im a noob at this.So i can create a partition disk and install windows 7 onto that partition?OH and can i put an installation of 64 bit windows 7 home premium onto a dvd-r disk?
