WINDOWS 7 BACKUP WON\'T WORK

Windows 7 backup program will not work for some reason now. I tried sfc/scannow and it found nothing wrong, so now what?

Imagine you walked into a mechanic's shop and told them "My car doesn't work, what do I do now?" Would you expect them to be able to tell you what's wrong with you car?

It's the same thing here. We need more information. How is it broken? What happens when you try to do it? What steps are you taking when you do it? Just walk us through you attempting to do a backup.
