Question Windows 7 Black Screen Ssd On Boot Pegatron IPXSB Motherboard

I have an ssd preinstalled oem windows 7 pro, which belongs to another motherboard (asrock h110m) within. I tried to boot that ssd on Pegatron IPXSB(lga 1155-h61), and it responsed as black screen and a hypen fading at the topleft of the screen. Pegatron has 3 sata 2.0 ports, ssd is sata 3.0.



My question is: Is it because of drivers, or is it because oem belongs to another motherboard, or something else?
